Event Information

Please fill out the participant information online and pay the entry fee by credit card (Visa/Master).

Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Expired once quota is full.

Acknowledgement Email from the Organiser will be sent to the registered email address within 7 working days after successful registration.

Please check out the event webpage and the email for the latest updates on the Runner`s Kit collection location and date.

To collect the runner`s kit, please present the "Runner Kit Pick-up Notification" Email (either in print-out or electronic version) for identity verification purpose. You may appoint a representative to collect it on your behalf by presenting the "Runner Kit Pick-up Notification" Email (either in print-out or electronic version. No separate authorization is required).

Baggage storage will be provided. Participants can deposit their personal belongings in the designated area 30 minutes before the race starts, and retrieve them before 5：00p.m. on the event day.

1. Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctors prior to registering for and taking part in the event. Runners should have adequate training before the run to ensure that they are physically fit to participate in and complete the run category they have entered.
2. By submitting their application and subsequently taking part in the run, Participants：
   a. warrants and confirms to the Organiser that they are physically fit to take part in and complete the run; and
   b. agrees to indemnify the Organiser and hold the Organiser indemnified and harmless for i) any injury or death suffered by the Participants themselves or any other persons; and ii) any property damage as a result of them not being physically fit to take part in and complete the run.
3. Participants must be aged 16 (born in 2002 or before).
4. Participants aged below 18 (as of the event day) are required to obtain parental or guardian consent in the "Parent/Guardian Declaration" during online registration before participating in the event.

1. Fun Run (Family Group)：Each teammust comprise at least 2 members：

   Adult aged 18 or above	Child aged 4-17 (born between 2001 and 2014)

2. Fun Run Individual Group：Participants must be aged 12 or above (born in 2006 or before).
3. Participants aged below 18 (as of the event day) are required to obtain parental or guardian consent in the "Parent/Guardian Declaration" during online registration before participating in the event.

1. Acknowledgement Email will be sent to the registered email address automatically after successful registration. If you have not received the email within 7 days, please contact to the organiser (Tel：2582 0099) for inquiry.
2. On-site registration and redemption will not be accepted. If you have any needs, please contact us.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, reject their entries or disqualify any participant known or suspected to be unfit to participate in the event (e.g. Participants provide incorrect information, fail to pay entry fees or do not follow correct application procedures; or any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure).
4. Once the entry is accepted, the entry fee will not be returned. All submitted or multiple enrollment materials are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancelable under any circumstances. The entry fee and other fees of the disqualified person will not be refunded.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to contact Participants for information regarding their registration.
6. The Organiser reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingency measures for the event announced by the Organiser and posted on the Official website shall prevail. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify participants who commit any conduct, which arouses public concern or is otherwise deemed in appropriate by the Organiser.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to interpret the above rules. Temporary change or cancel of any activities, will be subject to the notice on official website.

First 1200 successfully registered people / group will obtain an early bird gift, details as below：

• 5KM & Fun Run (Individual Group) will obtain one Craftholic Push Doll for free for each person. (Randomly sent in total of 4 styles)
• Fun Run (Family Group) will obtain one Craftholic Push Doll and one Craftholic Cooking Casseroles for free for each group. (Randomly sent in total of 4 styles)
• Redeemed gift will be subject to terms and conditions.
• Redeemed gift is not allow to exchange to other products, return or exchange for cash.
• In case of any dispute, Do it Now will reserve the right of final decision.

• If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12：00 noon on the day before event, the event will be cancelled.Entry fee will not be refunded.
• If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 00：00 am on the event day, the event will be cancelled.Entry fee will not be refunded.
• Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of event, the Event Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the event. If the event is being stopped, the event will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
• Should the above Inclement Weather Warnings be hoisted, the event will be cancelled without any rescheduled event.Entry fee will not be refunded.

1. Baggage storage, water station and first aid station will be provided. If baggage storage is required, please allow sufficient time for baggage storage before proceeding to the start area to wait for the start of the run. Please note that Participants are advised not to deposit valuable items. The Organiser will not be liable for and shall not compensate for the loss or damage of the baggage stored.
2. Participants shall wear the number bibs visibly on their chests for the event officials to record their run results. They should ensure the number bibs and other eventmaterials are properly kept as no replacement bib will be provided.
3. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
4. To ensure the safety of Participants, event officials will be deployed along the route to maintain order. Participants must follow instructions given by the event officials during the event.
5. To avoid accidents, participants are strongly advised not to stop and take photos or video footage near the start area, along the course and at the finish area.
6. To facilitate the reopening of the closed road as scheduled, checkpoints will be set up at different locations along the course. Participants who fail to reach the designated checkpoints at specific times will be asked by the event officials to leave the course and such participants must follow such request from the event officials in order to take you to the start point. The Organizer reserves the right to reject applications of Participants who refuse to follow the instructions of the event officials for all future event organized by Do It Now Hong Kong Limited.
7. To ensure emergency vehicles can reach the site without delay in the event of an incident, Participants are reminded not to enter the emergency vehicle access during the event and follow the instructions given by the event officials.
8. To avoid overcrowding and accidents at the finish area, Participants are required to leave the finish area and the refreshment distribution area as soon as possible.
